"Just Biscuits" is a family run business based in the heart of the Peak District National Park. Our home & office address is in Castleton, Hope Valley, and we now have our own shop and bakery in the village of Eyam, just a few miles away.

We specialise in oven fresh biscuits, hand made in small batches using the highest quality ingredients. We work to mainly traditional recipes, many handed down from previous generations, and offer some very exciting and unique tastes that can no longer be found elsewhere.

All of our biscuits are made without using artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives, and we do not use any GM ingredients. We use locally produced, ethically produced, fresh ingredients, organic where possible, and take care to operate in an environmentally sustainable way.

We hold stalls every month at many of the local farmer's markets (click here for dates / directions etc.) and will be exhibiting at various food shows throughout the year. We also offer a speedy mail order service direct from our kitchen to your door, and can cater for special occasions, weddings, birthdays, etc. along with trade customers ranging from B&B's and holiday homes to large organisations.
