Pecan Crisps

These have proved to be one of our most popular biscuits, which didn't come as much of a surprise as they have always been one of our favourites too.

"Pecan Crisps" are a light, crispy, buttery biscuit, wafer thin and extremely tasty. Trapped within the thin crispy shell are unexpected chunks of pecan nut - a wonderful biscuit which has to be tried.

Ideal on their own at any time, but also make an excellent topping when crumbled over vanilla ice cream (especially with maple syrup too.)

Ingredients: Locally produced fresh butter, locally produced plain flour, unrefined organic sugar, pecan nuts.
