Mexican orange thins

A crunchy thin biscuit, made using both orange zest and orange juice to flavour. Ideal one their own, with ice cream or served with coffee.

One previous customer found them ideal for serving with strawberry and chocolate at their wedding

Ingredients: Locally produced fresh butter, locally produced plain flour, unrefined organic sugar, orange zest, orange juice, egg, salt, cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground brazil nuts.
