A crunchy oatmeal cookie with a wonderful lemon tang. Very good at any time of day and very moreish.

Ingredients: Locally produced fresh butter, locally produced plain flour, unrefined organic sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg, salt, allspice, baking powder, cream of tartar, oatmeal.
