Trascotti

Trascotti is our own variation on traditional Italian Biscotti - a VERY hard biscuit which is intended for dunking in either sweet wine or coffee to soften it before you eat it. Trascotti differs from normal biscotti in that it is packed full of dried fruit (raisins & apricots) and flavoured with both the juice and the zest of orange and lemon.

Trascotti has been very popular since we first introduced it, and seems to be a favourite with all ages.

Ingredients: Locally produced flour, almonds, apricots, raisins, fresh yeast, salt, olive oil, lemon juice & zest, orange juice & zest, unrefined organic sugar.
