Danish vanilla butter cookies
Very similar
to the Danish oat crisp biscuits detailed on the previous
page, and just as delicious.
Our Danish
vanilla butter cookies are quite thin and crispy, and
they simply melt in the mouth. They are made to a very
old traditional recipe and are an excellent accompaniment
to tea and coffee.
Ingredients:
Locally produced fresh butter, locally produced plain
flour, unrefined organic sugar, almonds, vanilla extract.
