Finnish "bread"
Originally
from Denmark (not Finland as the name suggests), these
crunchy, log shaped biscuits are a regular accompaniment
to coffee.
They are
very similar to Danish vanilla cookies in taste, being
made from a light butter dough, but they are topped
with a shiny sugar glaze which brings out the flavour
wonderfully.
Ingredients:
Locally produced fresh butter, locally produced plain
flour, unrefined organic sugar, egg.
