Caudwell's Mill - This water powered flour mill based in Rowsley, Derbyshire supply our different flours and oats. They don't seem to have a web site of their own, so here's a link to a page about the mill with contact info etc. The mill is open for tours and they have a fantastic vegetarian restaurant and several small independent craftspeople based in the mill buildings. Well worth a visit.
